Sunday Morning Swords: 24 April 2016

#RollingInGritsEdition

Good morning!

Here's our organizational thread for #SundayAMSwords. All welcome regardless of familiarity with the game! Comment below if you're interested in playing this morning and mention if you're comfortable being an Overplayer and whether or not you have play Swords before.

When we get an Overplayer and three or four Rogue Players, those players will run off and start their hangout. For now, let's focus on getting everyone into a group. We'll probably wait until 9:30 EST to start the last group. If you can't make that, check back in a few hours. I hear rumors of other games firing up later in the day for those who wake at a more civilized time. If you don't see one, feel free to fire on up yourself.

Use the hashtag #SundayAMSwords should you desire to chat about your game on the social medias. And bring your breakfast or brunch. Adventurers need their sustenance! And coffee.

P.S. Got some tips on how to do this and links to useful files here:http://www.worldswithoutmaster.com/blog/2014/7/14/sunday-morning-swords

This is my first draft of my #200WordRPG supplement which is actually 100 words.

This is my first draft of my #200WordRPG supplement which is actually 100 words. It is an attempt to capture what made the White Wolf game Werewolf good but leans heavily on the idea that the reader knows the Swords without Master rules.

Feedback on whether it is too terse or not very welcome.

Children of Two Mothers

A skin for Swords without Master.

The two tones are Rage and Spirit.

Your character has a human and animal form. Name all that is worthy for both.

Create a feat for each form and one for each tone.

The Perilous phase is unchanged. The Rogues phase is the Pack phase; gameplay is unchanged.

The Discovery phase is the Quest phase, in it the Children attempt to discover the disquiet that corrupts the world. On a Moral, the discovery is ruinous but mundane. On a Mystery, the discovery is corrupt but the characters trust it as true to the cause.
